In its heyday, Detroit had the largest municipally-owned transportation system in the world. Each bus and streetcar displayed the stops on a continuous scroll. Unrolled, these scrolls were over 40 feet long and read as a “who’s who” of Detroit’s streets, neighborhoods, and landmarks.
This exclusive poster celebrates all corners of the city, and symbolizes that while we may each live in different areas, we are all united as Detroiters. Hand-screened in Michigan on Michigan-milled, French Paper Company paper. 8″ x 24″. Ships in a protective tube.
